Then, about 5 years ago, I was introduced to the world of network marketing, direct sales, and residual income.   WOW ! ….Finally I have a way to get out of the never-ending cycle of going to my job.  I can make big money, work from home (eventually) and total control of my time…….you know….do what I want, when I want. 

I finally found the answer !

Well, as you know, there is more to that story than meets the eye!  I didn't know I had to go to meetings (all of them).  I didn't know I had to learn a script to become a professional salesperson…literally overnight.  I didn’t know that I would have to "make a list" and then convince all my friends and family that my product was the best thing since the discovery of bread and butter.  But, since I was on a path to financial freedom I followed the advice of my sponsor and I got busy.  Oh…one more thing…I didn't know I would have to call everyone, including people who, as you know, were not the least bit interested in talking with me.  As a matter of fact, many of them were irritated that I called them (I bet you know how that feels, right?).

Well, guess what happened, after I ran out of people to call?  My sponsor told me to go buy leads…..another thing I didn't know I was going to have to do.  But, because my "leaders" told me it was the way to success, I followed…with determination ! 

Well, after about 4 months of grueling work, doing the things that I didn't know I would have to do, I was earning a whopping………get this…….$50 a month !   (They didn't tell me about that either!)

You see, I followed everything "they" told me to do.  What I didn't know was that "they" (my sponsors, etc) didn't know what they were doing !  They were just following the advice of someone else, who was just following the advice of someone else……and on and on and on…….well you get the picture !

Well, needless to say, that sure-fire path to financial freedom didn't quite pan out the way I expected it to.  I'm sure you aren't anymore excited than I was about earning $50 a month after 4 months of work, right? 

As a result of this "life-altering wake up call" I left the whole "create financial freedom from home" concept on the back burner……….for a few years.

But, as you know, you can never permanently
put out the fire of a dream !

So, I decided to try it again (Business #2).  I jumped in, a little wiser, but ended up going down the same path.  ("That didn't work"…..again!)

Then I decided to try in again (Business #3).  Ditto !!

I'm sure you are feeling my pain by now.  If you can stand the pain and are a glutton for punishment, just read the first part of this letter again.

Here's what I was doing, in each of these businesses, on a regular, daily basis.

I don't know about you, but it makes me tired just talking about all that work !

I didn't know I has going to have to literally chase every person to try to find someone who wanted to buy what I was selling.

Well, moving on….

The last 2 companies provided me with a "personal" website and a back office. Since each company had their own ideas how to build a back office, I had to invest time to learn each new system.  Each back office included great tools, like communication modules that allow you to send updates to your prospects.  And, as I'm sure you know, your back office is that special place where all your leads are stored.  You know, the leads that you are spending an arm and a leg to purchase every day, week or month. 

Here's what I discovered when I went from one business to another;  You can't use that wonderful "communication module" to let your prospects in Business #2 know that you are now promoting different products / services/ etc by being a distributor for Business #3.  Why?  Because you are now using Business #2's system to compete directly against them.  "But I paid big bucks for those leads….their mine!"  Their response…….."Too bad."  So, guess what?  I had to……you guessed it…..go buy more leads.

OK……now it's time for me to find out what is really going on !

Here's what I found out…….
the big income earners weren't telling me
the whole truth……Again !

They weren't calling anyone to buy their products or services !
They also weren't telling me what their system was !

Here's a few more things I didn't know they were using to create success:

Even if I had known about their systems, I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to afford to have my own because it would have cost me thousands of dollars to have it set up !

Here's a News Flash....

I'm sure you have figured out by now that Businesses #2 and #3 didn't create much income !  So I found another one (Business #4).  Only this time I had the distinct pleasure of calling 200-300 people a day and getting the same results !   Wow!  What a surprise !

So, determined to change the level of insanity in this process, I decided to create a system that would sort and filter out about 95% of the prospects…the ones who are not interested at all in my products, services and businesses.

Within 30 days I was in the black
